    The prompt when I open a file in Sketchup 2022 tells me I have a 14 day trial license, but it does not recognize my key when prompted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Can you help me please?

    Could you please email me at john@estimatorforsketchup.com? I can use your email to look up your account and add activations. We have no way of knowing when users change computers or update SketchUp, so the new upgrade is triggering a new activation. Email me and I will get you going immediately.
