Quotes are not carrying over into saved component

My quotes are not saving in components that i load at a future date
For example, i have a component called faucet, it has a value of $500, i add under quotes the labor to install for $650 and save the component. When i reload the component in a new document it only carries the $500 faucet value and drops the $650 i had loaded under the quote tab

Sorry for the delayed response – been traveling. Quote entries are for each project or job (unique SketchUp file). The best place to add your $650 labor rate would be to add it to “LABOR” in the UI Components tab and save that with the component. That way, when you import or copy that component into another project, your labor rate would be included. Does that make sense?
