When i search the cost codes in the drop down box, sometimes i get all the cost codes in the center other times i get random cost centres. Is there a trick to getting all the sub cost codes to show up when you type in the main cost centre?

Could you email me a screenshot?

Note, in general the cost codes and items databases are separate – your cost codes most likely never change, but your items database will routinely, thus two files. BUT,in the Items Database, the first column (Cost Code) is sort of a shortcut. You can paste the main cost code from your Cost Codes file into this first column IF you always assign this item to that cost code. However, there are a number of times where the same item might be used for different codes. For example, concrete might be used in multiple cost codes (footings, foundations, patios), but a refrigerator may always be coded to Appliances. Does this make sense? Please feel free to email me directly with a screenshot and next steps.
