Certainly, that is why I made the description entry a separate entry vs. using the component name (as I had it originally) – I did this for the very reason you mentioned. By way of example, in a framed wall, I may have several uses for a common length stud (stud itself, jacks of various sizes, maybe a slightly different wall height but still cut out of same stud) – IF I assign each of the unique components the SAME code, description, cost, etc., they will be combined in the report. So, in your case, simply give each one of the unique components the same description, etc. and they will be totaled in the report. Feel free to email me directly with any questions, I am here to help.
