door/window insert issue

Aloha, I’m a Hawaii architect using the free trial to see how the Framer plugin to see how it could help my firm. Creating the walls was easy after watching the quick start video, thanks so much for that. Now when trying to input a door or window I get a “Cannot convert argument to Geom::Point3d” error with no real info, no apparent way to fix.

I’ve searched the FAQ, the Forums, etc… but have not seen any info on this issue or how I might be able to get beyond it.

Thanks for your time and what looks to be an amazing plugin!

quick update in case it’s at all helpful, it allowed me to insert a single door on an interior wall (gyp both sides), but still not on the exterior walls (ply ext, gyp int).
